1. Definitions

• Register only one account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

fin4dd is committed to preventing underage gambling, fraud, and money laundering. All accounts must complete KYC verification before withdrawal privileges are granted. We may request additional documentation at any time, including:

• Valid Indonesian ID (KTP) showing your name, date of birth, photograph, and ID number
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last 3 months
• Payment method verification (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot)
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals

fin4dd complies with international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal. This means if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 1,000,000 before requesting a withdrawal. This policy prevents the platform from being used as a money transfer service.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

5. Sports Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

5.2 Voided Matches and Postponements

If a match is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled:

• Bets on matches postponed to within 48 hours remain valid
• Bets on matches postponed beyond 48 hours are void and stakes refunded
• For live betting, bets placed after a significant event (goal, red card) but before odds update may be voided
• If a match is abandoned after 85 minutes of play, bets are typically settled based on the score at abandonment

5.3 Settlement Errors

While we strive for accuracy, settlement errors can occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct obvious errors (such as incorrect odds, wrong match results, or technical glitches) even after bets have been settled. If a palpable error results in overpayment, we may recover the funds from your account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fin4dd and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Colluding with other players, chip dumping, or match-fixing
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for profit
• Money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial transactions
• Harassing other players or customer support staff
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your fin4dd account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled, and remaining balance will be paid out to your verified payment method (subject to wagering requirements and KYC completion).

9.2 fin4dd-Initiated Closure

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:
